During my recent city trip, I stayed in a hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel had an extensive breakfast buffet with high-quality ingredients to choose from. The location was also ideal, with all the tourist sites within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the free bicycles provided by the hotel, making it easier to explore the city. The staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times. They made sure everything was perfect for me during my stay.
My experience was not perfect. The hotel lacked certain amenities that I had expected, such as a gym and swimming pool.

The breakfast had good options and quality ingredients. the room was well equipped with amenities and good lighting. the location was convenient, with a few attractions nearby and easy access to public transportation.
The cleanliness was not up to par, with stained linens and dusty areas. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no interest in improving the experience of their guests.

Our group had a fantastic stay! the hotel's location was perfect , close enough to the town center to walk, but far enough for a peaceful sleep. the rooms were always clean with comfortable amenities, especially the luxurious bathroom. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety of homemade options. We made use of the free bicycles and loved exploring the nearby area. Plus, the hotel facilities were top, notch with everything we needed.
Our group experienced a slight issue with the Wi, Fi connectivity at times.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and delicious food. Location was perfect, not too far from downtown and easily accessible.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Gramado with excellent value for money. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of homemade delicacies. The hotel's location on the edge of the village was perfect, and they even provided free bicycles for those who preferred not to walk. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even giving us a free lift to the bus station when we left. I was truly impressed by the high level of service and would love to stay longer next time. I highly recommend this hotel.
